Yoga in the Park

As the weather warms, I’ll also be offering Yoga in the Park one to two days each week. Final days and times will be announced as we get closer to summer. Come breathe, move, and realign with the rhythms of the season. This season, I’m opening space for deeper connection through a variety of yoga sessions designed to ground, restore, and awaken your energy. Second Sunday Yoga

Second Sunday Yoga at The Well is a gentle, beginner‑friendly class open to everyone. Show up for yourself, move at your own pace, and enjoy a grounding start to your Sunday. Depending on the weather, we may open up the garage wall and spill out onto the patio for a touch mother nature and sunshine! I welcome you to join us afterward for coffee and maybe a sweet treat at The Well’s neighbor, The Silver Whisker Bakery.
