Private Group Session

I’m excited and honored to host a private group session for a beautiful mama‑to‑be as she prepares to welcome her first child. We’ll gather in community to call in strength, support, and good energy for her incoming blessing. If a private group session is calling to you, contact me and we can start shaping an experience that fits your needs.

Second Sunday Yoga

May 10 | 9:30 a.m.
at The Well

Second Sunday Yoga at The Well is a gentle, beginner‑friendly class open to everyone. Show up for yourself, move at your own pace, and enjoy a grounding start to your Sunday. Depending on the weather, we may open up the garage wall and spill out onto the patio for a touch mother nature and sunshine! I welcome you to join us afterward for coffee and maybe a sweet treat at The Well’s neighbor, The Silver Whisker Bakery.

Registration opens soon.

What Sets Boho Bella Experiences Apart

The Experience Meets You, Not the Other Way Around

Everything is shaped around what you need in the moment, with no pressure to perform or fit a mold. It’s a space designed for you to honor yourself fully—to be you, do you, for you.

It’s About Connection Not Performance

Whether through somatic practices, breathwork, movement, or simple stillness, your spaces prioritize authenticity, community, and real human connection over perfection or aesthetics. People leave feeling grounded, seen, and supported.

You’re Welcomed Exactly As You Are

There’s no expectation to be “in a good place,” to feel spiritual, or to show up in a certain mood. It’s okay not to be okay here—your presence is enough, and every part of you is welcome.

If you have any questions, curiosities, or hesitations, feel free to reach out. Nothing is too small, and I’m always happy to answer any and all questions.
