Kick off your Sunday with a different kind of "office meeting." We’re bringing the community together for a morning of movement and a midday cheers. Whether you’re here for the grounding breath-work or the post-practice libation, you’ll find your rhythm here. It’s the ultimate Sunday reset for those who like their zen with a side of cocktail.

**Please Bring: a yoga mat and any fitness needs — yoga block, water bottle, etc. — whatever helps you relax and align
